Happy sez- The weather over much of North America the last few weeks has been frightful with the exception of that great American Southwest which has in many places enjoyed weather in the low to high
seventies. Today is different, the temps have dropped and a cold chill wind has picked up, however it looks as if the sun is trying to break through and it is just then .... The reason I mention this is I am trying to set the stage to describe a moment of a very strange kind of deja vu, not so much a place you might have been before but a dream you have never had of a place you have never been, or have you?
To dream a dream that has never been drempt ... of promises broken and promises kept.
O K so I took some artistic license, hope I don't get a ticket.
