Happy sez- With the summer here and the time of short shorts, bathing suits and long evenings I'd like to take the time to remind everyone ( especially the boys ) of one of Ol' Happy's favorite and true sayings - God never made a bad dog or an ugly women, but he sure made some ugly dogs and bad women!
