Waves, Cycles and Patterns

"Mitosis" by Drew John Tankersley

Happy sez- I talk a lot about cycles, waves and patterns, and their constant changes, and there is something I want to mention that I think might be important is that the cycles of the universe, including life itself, are not only the heart beat of the universe giving meaning to time and existence but are in a way a reflection of reality giving us a new way of looking at reality.  Perhaps this will give us a new insight into that reality the way an interference pattern gives us new insights into many questions about waves and cycles and their patterns, even the nature of light itself.  On thing is for sure - trying to understand how what those cycles are and how they work together is never boring it looks as if science and the minds that question are going to be busy for a long time.

Here are some great links some of them I used at the last post, which is closely related to this one, but I feel they are worth repeating here.

Bad Cycle?

"Electric Blue" by Drew John Tankersely

Happy sez- Like all things life runs in cycles, all kinds of cycles some cycles are within other cycles and sometimes some of those cycles, when when viewed as a sine wave will align in such a way that when the crest of the wave will sometimes reinforce other waves other times when the crest aligns with the trough of the other waves they will canvel eah other out, creating a classic interference pattern..  Right now it looks as if some of those waves are aligning, a few in good ways for our species, a few more seem no so much, times they are always changing but not always for the good.

Think about it then let me know what you think.

Life and Weather

" Cindy's Afternoon Storm" by Drew John Tankersley

Happy sez-  You can always count on weather and life having one thing in common, both are unsettled and  both are always in a state of flux changing from one day, indeed from one moment to the next, and while weather can now be pretty predictable for about a week in the future - life, while we often think we have things figured out pretty well, rarely seems predictable for even a moment in the future.  Both have their beautiful afternoons and sudden storms, both have dark nights and stifling days, both have moments that will seem like they will never end and both will have moments you hope will never end,  It's life and it's the weather, no wonder people talk about them so much.   So let's talk about it - let me know what you think.

Happy sez -  Today, the first of April, is an important date personally and publicly.  It is of course April Fools Day, the day in which it is, at least somewhat acceptable to play jokes, even some practical jokes and generally run around acting the mad-cap fool.
