Happy April First

Happy sez -  Today, the first of April, is an important date personally and publicly.  It is of course April Fools Day, the day in which it is, at least somewhat acceptable to play jokes, even some practical jokes and generally run around acting the mad-cap fool.
It's also the day new taxes start in some states, Federal taxes are due in fifteen days and that's no fooling. To many people the first of April is also getting close to that spring thaw and indeed in many places the first flowers of spring including one of Natures most beautiful gifts- the fragile wildflower is already blooming thus fulfilling the endless cycle of rebirth and renewal.
So no matter how you think of the first day in April, either as a playful jokester, a tax worrier or a lover of spring and Nature's spring gifts - have a Great April  and a Great Spring


It was on this day many, many years ago
God gave the world a Love
And even though the days fade away
The Love does not.
